The concept is built around three core experiences: rotating chef residencies that showcase rising culinary talent; a curated list of low-intervention, sustainable wines that celebrate small producers and thoughtful farming; and a regular in-house menu created by the founder, rooted in South Asian heritage and seasonal California ingredients.

Marina Beach also serves as an incubator space for emerging chefs, offering a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming front-of-house team, and the support needed to bring their ideas to life.

On nights without a guest chef, the kitchen features the founder’s personal take on Southeast Asian small plates—thoughtfully crafted and deeply influenced by their background and upbringing.
